RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Return Policy :

• Eligibility: Customers may return any product purchased from Kraken Dynamics Technologies within 15 days of delivery.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.  Items must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a reduced refund or denial of the return.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@krakendt.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

 2. Refunds :

• Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure compliance with our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

• Approval: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days, typically within 10 business days.

• Rejection: If a return is not approved because the item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you via email. You may choose to have the item sent back to you at your expense.

3. Shipping Costs:

• Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be covered by Kraken Dynamics Technologies if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). In other cases, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges:
